How far are you from the city center and most main attractions?

We are on the the city center, 1,5km far from Piazza Duomo, 20'-25' walking.

hi, how far r u from the train station? how much is breakfast and what does it include please? thanks.

We are 700m from Train Station, 10' walking. We offer for free coffee, cappuccino, the and some cookies. Whit €8,50 per person you have italian sweet buffet breakfast.

our plane arrived at 21:45. is that a problem for check in. also are there a lot of stairs to get to the room. is a first floor room available. thank

This property is very clean and well situated(aprox. 25 min walk from the Uffizi Gallery). Our host was very kind and helped us with useful information about local good eating places, sightseeing in Firenze and amazing coffee in the mornings. We definitely recommend you to take this place into account for you stay in Firenze.

Wonderful

Lovely for a few nights' stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent before and during stay. Less than 10 mins' walk from main station and an easy 15 mins to the centre. Nearby bus and tram stops for exploration further afield, host kindly gave us lots of useful info.

A very minor thing in that the shower wasn't private within the room (we were two friends sharing), so a frosted shower door would have been better than a clear one (WC and sink are separate though).

Staff were fantastic, helpful and informative. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from the main station and into old town within 10. The room was brilliant, air conditioned and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Niccolo is an excelent host. He is always trying to provide you with as many details as you need. We have stayed there 2 nights. Accomodation is 10 min walking to Santa Maria Novella central train from where you basically enter the city center.

Everything was perfect! It's in a walking distance to the center and train station, and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. Niccolò is a super kind host, he made sure we are comfortable and gave us some nice recommendations on what to see and where to eat! I must say the rooms are very clean, beds are really comfortable, and in overall it's very cozy place. Thank you so so much!

Loved this B&B and Niccolo was a brilliant host. Would definitely stay there again

We loved this B&B! It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence on a nice quiet street. The communal area is tiny so we didn't spend much time there but our room was huge and gorgeous! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Niccoló was so lovely and helpful. He stayed up very late to meet us after we endured delayed flights & missed trains, which we appreciated so much.

The price on Booking.com did not include all charges so there was about €50 in additional charges added to our bill when we got there.
